Unlike traditional Christmas trees, Terra-Tree is crafted entirely from terracotta pots, providing a unique and charming alternative that aligns with the principles of environmental consciousness. Sound: Complementing the inspiration, the percussion instrument ‘Ghatam’ was incorporated with the live singing. Taste: Matkas filled with chocolates were distributed.

Earthlines is a handcrafted terracotta table that weaves together tradition, tactility, and modern design. Its surface is a mosaic of textured clay tilessome pressed with abstract motifs, others embedded with vibrant pieces of glazed ceramic and glass. The composition evokes an ancient urban map or script, where every line and shape feels both accidental and intentional, echoing humanity’s relationship with the earth and its stories. Both functional and sculptural, the table serves as a statement piece, grounding any space in warmth, craft, and cultural memory.

This initiative was designed to honour India’s freedom and create it, by providing livelihood, promoting sustainability, and supporting women at the grassroots.
What once lay discarded has been reborn in brilliant hues, woven together by the skilled hands of 25 women artisans who have been trained in the craft of up-cycling waste fabric.
